Chae H. Kim, Chief Executive Officer and President, joined Bridgepointe Partners, Inc., in 2003. Kim is responsible for setting the company's vision and strategy, driving overall execution, and leading the Bridgepointe Partners team. Under Kim, Bridgepointe Partners will continue to extend it's leadership position as the premier provider of Market Research, Consulting, Executive Search, and Technical staffing Solutions.

A 10-year veteran of the staffing and high-tech industry, Kim has held senior management positions at industry-leading staffing companies. Prior to joining Bridgepointe Partners, Kim served as president at CHK Engineering. Kim's other successes include his role as director of operations at BAL Associates, where he successfully established a world-class field organization doubling revenues yearly - culminating in a successful acquisition by PGA in 1999. In his role at BAL Associates, Kim was responsible for driving the company's rapid growth and positioning the company for IPO in 2000. Additional senior-level assignments for Kim include program manager at NCS Pearson, a data solutions company; and director of sales at New Boston Systems, Inc, a provider of Internet-based software solutions. Throughout his various roles, Kim has demonstrated his ability to lead and execute corporate strategies, drive new revenue and deliver value to customers.

William Mehringer leads the company's marketing and business development efforts. He is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, interactive marketing, marketing communications, product marketing and public relations. In addition Mehringer is responsible for the strategic and technical alliances that help to fuel the company's continued growth.

Mehringer came to Bridgepointe Partners from Aspect LTD, developers of an enterprise-class application security and provisioning solution, where he also led marketing and business development. Prior to Aspect LTD, Mehringer re-built the marketing and business development teams and strategies at Nexturn Street, Inc., a web services / XML startup. Before Nexturn Street, Inc., Mehringer held various executive level marketing positions with TSA, Disney, Global Star, and Sun Microsystems.

Sandy Wu came to Bridgepointe Partners from Cohera, where she guided several multi-million dollar customer engagements as vice president of professional services. Prior to Cohera, Wu was a founder and vice president of professional services at Teknet, where she designed and built the consulting organization from the ground up. Wu is the former CEO and founder of The Sky Group, a 100 person consulting company that served numerous clients including Microsoft, BankBal, and StatStreet.
